Return Policy:
- The following items are not eligible for refunds (replacement only):
* All digital items delivered via email.
* Opened media products, such as video games, software, DVDs, Blu-rays, blank media, etc.
* Opened motherboards
* Unlocked phones
* Software with visible license key on the outside of the packaging
* Refurbished/Used products
* Printers which toner, ink, or cartridges have been opened and or installed.

- The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:
* Any product that returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals & other paper materials, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
* Any product that does not have matching serial number to the one printed on the retail box.
* Any product that found to be damaged due to physical abuse or misuse.
* Any product that exhibits physical damage.
* Any product that missing UPC on the retail box (for mail-in rebate purposes).
* Any product that returned with markings or writings made by customer on the original box.
* Any opened consumable items, such as ink, toner, cartridge, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products, etc.
* Printers which toner, ink, or cartridges have been opened and or installed.

- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund or replacement.
- Dead/Damaged On Arrival (DOA) items must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.
- Lost or non-receipt package must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.
- All returns must be sent within 14 business days after we approved your return request, or after our first response to your return request, whichever is sooner.
- All returns must be approved with an RMA. Returns without RMA will not be processed.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Warranty cards must be empty (not filled up).
- All returns must include a copy of Amazon.com order receipt.
- Serial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box, on the warranty card, as well as in our record.
- Any sticker on the unit that may void warranty if broken, must still intact (not broken).
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage items in return transit.
- Brand new products come with manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished products come with manufacturer's warranty. If you have problem(s) with the item you received, please contact the manufacturer first. Most technical issues are able to be resolved over the phone or on a chat forum by the tech support.
- We process returns on Sat-Sun, the refund or replacement should be processed within the following Mo-Wed.

Shipping Policy:
- We ship all orders within 2 business days, a tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
- We have the right to choose any carrier at our discretion at any time.
- We do not ship to outside of US.
- Due to shipper's restrictions, some items don't ship to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, and PO Box.
- We ship most items from AZ but some items will ship directly from our shipper's warehouse and or the manufacturer's warehouse across the United States.
- Delivery time frame is within 3-10 business days for standard shipping and within 2-5 business days for expedited shipping.
- 'Shipping' time frame is the time we take from receiving your order until the carrier receives the package from us. It is usually within 2 business days.
- 'Delivery' time frame is the time the carrier takes from receiving the package from us until delivery to your shipping address.
- Shipping charge is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Please send cancellation request within 30 minutes after placing the order
- After 30min passed, the order will enter the shipping process and can no longer be canceled.
- After the package ships, the order can no longer be canceled.
- If you still don't want to keep the item, please just refuse the package when it arrives. We will process a refund for you when we receive it back.
